Next Door Group Respite Program

Next Door Group Respite Program

Council on Aging is now offering a the Next Door Group Respite Program as an opportunity for people with memory loss diagnoses to engage in meaningful social and recreational activities to maximize their cognitive and social abilities–while also providing relief and support to family caregivers. Group Respite is a cost-effective, social model of care to help families keep their loved one living at home while giving the caregiver much needed time for other tasks.

If you are interested in our Next Door Group Respite Program, contact our Family Caregiver Support Specialist, (704)-292-1797, for more information and to see if your loved one would  be a good fit for our day program.
