Based on the book (of the same title) by Dr. Fred Luskin, Forgiveness can be defined as ‘letting go of the hope of a different past’ or ‘to stop feeling angry or resentful towards someone (including yourself) for an offcence, flaw, or mistake.’ What does it mean to you to forgive? How does unforgiveness affect your mind, body, and spirit? Dr. Luskin offers 9 essential steps to walk the path toward forgiveness. The approach is practical, down-to-earth and it works.
